"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust." - Psalms 91:1-2

Today's Bible Reading:

Deuteronomy 11

Isaiah 55,56

Psalm 130

Proverbs 10

II Corinthians 12

Thought of the Day:

"And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." - II Corinthians 12:9

We did not love God the way we should (Deuteronomy 11:1), yet God's Word would not return unto him void (Isaiah 55:11).  So He gathered the outcasts (Isaiah 56:8), and He forgave (Psalm 130:4) because love covereth a multitude of sins (Proverbs 10:12).  It is only when we trust in Him that our strength can be made perfect in weakness (II Corinthians 12:9).
