Read Through Your Bible With BibleCLUE! - Day 1

"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust." - Psalms 91:1-2

We have decided to do something different this year.  For this year, we will not be doing the themed days.  Instead, we will be going through the Yearly Bible Reading Schedule with you, including a thought of the day associated with the daily reading.

Today's Bible Reading:

Genesis 1

Ezra 1

Psalm 1

Proverbs 1

Matthew 1

I Thessalonians 1

Thought of the Day:

"And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also." - Genesis 1:16

Right in the middle of the creation story, God almost parenthetically tells us that He created the rest of the vast universe as well.  The importance is placed on His love that He has for us.
